Majesty of the Seas cruise canceled

Royal Caribbean International mentioned it canceled this week's four-day Majesty of the Seas cruise to repair an oil leak.

Officials said that throughout an April 23 quit at Coco Cay, Royal Caribbean’s private island destination, a leak was noticed.

In a statement, Royal Caribbean said “the amount of bio-friendly oil released was minimal, and the leak was temporarily repaired whilst the ship was alongside in Miami on Friday, April 25."

Permanent repairs can only be created in drydock, the statement mentioned.
